Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contracts management team, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of contract administration and quantity surveying activities from pre- to post-contract stages.

Job Description:
  • Manage contract administration and quantity surveying activities across multiple projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and related documentation.
  • Track contractual obligations, project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee contract management including progress payments, variation orders, claims, final accounts, and related correspondences.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, manage cost changes, and generate regular cost reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve contractual matters and disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in a senior or managerial capacity within the construction industry.
  • Experience in handling contractual issues on medium to large-scale or public sector projects.
