Senior Contract Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Contract Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively manage contracts and ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing contract strategies based on project segments
- Identifying, developing, and negotiating with vendors
- Analyzing and comparing quotes to make informed decisions
- Preparing work contracts with final agreed terms, conditions, deviations, and addendums
- Monitoring the budget process for projects
Additional responsibilities include:
- Contract administration including claim settlement, dispute resolution, handling extra items, issuing amendments, and ensuring timely project deliverables
- Developing and implementing systems to manage high volume, high-value contracts efficiently
- Coordinating with architects, structural consultants, and finalizing various contracts related to Civil, MEP, Architectural, and Consultancy services
- Settling disputes and claims, brand partnering, cost optimization, and working towards customer collection and revenue recognition
- Drafting work orders/tender conditions, leading negotiations with bidders, processing contract awards, and administering all contracts and purchase orders under execution
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience and be willing to work in person.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in contract management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
