">Job Title: Research FellowAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Research Fellow to join our team in cutting-edge computational and AI-driven catalysis research.

">Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply advanced computational methods to investigate catalytic reaction mechanisms and interfacial phenomena.">
  • Integrate machine learning and multi-fidelity modelling approaches to accelerate catalyst and polymer discovery.">
  • Collaborate closely with experimental partners to validate computational predictions and provide molecular-level design insights.">
  • Prepare high-quality manuscripts for publication in top-tier journals and present research outcomes at international conferences.">
  • Contribute to the supervision of graduate students and actively support group activities.">
  • Assist the Principal Investigator in preparing funding applications and related research proposals.">
Requirements:
  • ">
  • PhD (or near completion) in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Computational Science, or a related field.">
  • Strong academic background in computational chemistry, electrocatalysis, or condensed matter theory.">
  • Proficiency in density functional theory (DFT), ab initio molecular dynamics, and/or kinetic Monte Carlo simulations.">
  • Familiarity with potential-dependent or electrochemical modelling frameworks.">
  • Excellent programming and scripting skills, including Python, Fortran, C/C++, and MATLAB.">
  • Knowledge of machine learning methods is highly desirable.">
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.">
