Overview
A dynamic and driven individual to join our team is being sought after. Depending on experience, the successful candidate will be an Analyst or Senior Analyst, working primarily on qualitative research projects and integrating quantitative methods for comprehensive solutions.
Responsibilities include designing and executing qualitative research projects, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnographic studies. Conducting secondary research to support project objectives, helping develop screeners, discussion guides, and interview scripts, taking notes and moderating qualitative research sessions are also key responsibilities.
Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Market Research, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related field. For Analyst-level positions, fresh graduates are welcome with strong interest in qualitative research. Prior exposure through an internship or similar experience is advantageous.
For Senior Analyst positions, a minimum of 1–2 years' hands-on experience in qualitative market research, including moderating and interviewing, is required. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, data interpretation and reporting skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills are necessary.
