Job Title: Business Office Associate
Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
The Business Office Associate will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the office, including performing financial counseling, administering pre-admission, admission, and discharge of patients, and handling enquiries and queries on admission, discharge bills/claims, and managing third-party payer relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clear explanations of bill estimations and usage of Medishield Life/Medisave/private medical insurance claims.
- Administer pre-admission, admission, and discharge of patients, ensuring accurate capture of patient information in the system.
- Undertake collection of deposits and payments through various payment modes, preparation of and processing insurance claims.
- Follow up on company/insurance's Letter of Guarantees.
- Ensure overall accuracy in managing patients' information and transactions.
- Handle enquiries and queries on admission, discharge bills/claims, and manage third-party payer relations.
- Possesses a degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Good customer service and communications skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
