Job Title: Building Quality Assurance Expert

Job Description:

The position of Building Quality Assurance Specialist involves implementing a comprehensive quality assurance and control system at the site, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality works that meet client expectations.
  • Lead the QA/QC team, providing guidance and training to site personnel on structural and architectural trades.
  • Conduct daily assessments of site operations and procedures, recommending improvement actions to optimize performance.
  • Provide insightful defect analysis and recommend preventive measures to minimize future issues.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct internal quality audits to ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Compile trade information, test reports, and formalize documentation for reference and future use.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in building and/or civil engineering.

  • Proven experience in QA/QC and certified auditor certifications are highly valued.
  • Completion of at least one building project is a requirement.
