Procurement Specialist Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.

This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process buyers' orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  3. Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  4. Liaise with suppliers and clients to negotiate prices, arrange logistics, and plan delivery schedules.
  5. Prepare quotations, tenders, purchase orders, and other business documents as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, commerce, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in the garment industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to the role.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
