Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately taking body measurements of clients and translating them into garment specifications.
  • Crafting, altering, and repairing custom-fit clothing including suits, jackets, trousers, dresses, skirts, and shirts.
  • Effectively interpreting design sketches, patterns, and technical specifications.
  • Providing fabric and style recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
  • Marking and cutting fabric accurately using patterns or measurements.
  • Conducting fittings and making necessary adjustments to ensure perfect fit and comfort.
  • Collaborating with designers, sales teams, and clients to guarantee garment satisfaction.
  • Maintaining sewing equipment and tools in good working condition.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Prioritizing timely delivery of finished garments according to schedule.
