Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Flow Cytometry Marketing Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building product awareness in the region and increasing market share.

This position reports to the Business Development Manager and is part of the global commercial team based in Singapore. You will work remotely across the region and collaborate with global and regional teams to develop go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify, develop, and manage product line initiatives for business growth.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop regional and local marketing materials and promotions.
  • Attend conferences, webinars, and seminars to understand market trends and build professional networks.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions for sales, application teams, and channel partners.
  • Monitor marketing effectiveness, manage sales funnel, analyze performance metrics, and perform pipeline health assessments.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

Hold a degree in Biotechnology, Immunology, or a related field, with approximately 5 years of Flow Cytometry experience.

Experience with digital marketing tools and organizing regional, local, and online events.

Strong team player capable of working with diverse regional and global teams.

Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous regional experience.
