Successful Spa Receptionists are sought after to provide top-notch customer experiences. As the initial point of contact for our esteemed guests, they will set the tone for a pleasant and professional encounter from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Handling phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries with efficiency and poise
  • Managing spa bookings and scheduling with precision
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records with attention to detail
  • Supporting day-to-day reception duties to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborating closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required – comprehensive training will be provided
- Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals preferred
- Ability to commit to working on Fridays through Sundays, 8 hours per day
- Basic computer skills a plus but not essential
- Positive attitude and team player qualities valued
