We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Central Kitchen Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to client enquiries professionally via emails, phone calls, and walk-ins, providing quality customer service through seamless pre and post-sales interactions.
  • Pack and check all cakes against invoices to ensure accuracy in message piping, candles, etc.
  • Arrange cakes and send them out to drivers from the Central Kitchen for delivery.
  • Manage and resolve all customer service recovery issues.
  • Arrange delivery routes to drivers.
  • Conduct stock takes and manage inventory levels.
  • Process online orders and manage stocks on online platforms.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a daily and monthly basis.
Requirements:
  • 5 days work week.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
