About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Talent Outreach team at NTU.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach programmes that promote the university's research and innovation capabilities to secondary schools and other educational institutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating outreach events and programmes, including workshops, seminars, and career talks.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, policymakers, and industry partners.
  • Managing and analysing data to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programmes.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
Requirements
  • Degree in Education or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
