New Life Youth aims to mentor youth between 11 - 21 years of age. Our mission is to mentor youths by creating a positive impact on their lives, developing their resilience through nurturing mentorships and empowering them to initiate change within their communities. We are looking for dedicated individuals who have a passion to work with youths.

Job Responsibilities

· Plan, organize, and conduct activities that promote the development of youths.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with youth, acting as a mentor and role model.

· Provide individual support and guidance to young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

· Facilitate group discussions and workshops on various topics, including health, education, and social skills.

· Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, social workers, and community leaders, to support the needs of young people.

· Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.

· Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants

· Stay informed about current issues and trends affecting young people.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Youth Work.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working with youths.

· Proficient in English and Mother Tongue

· Passion and commitment to work with youths.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to engage and motivate young people from diverse backgrounds.

· Understanding of the issues and challenges faced by young people today.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

· Work Location: Bukit Panjang
