Senior HR Transformation Consultant

At the forefront of innovation, we are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our HR Transformation initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of HR transformation projects aligned with our strategic priorities.
Key areas of focus include:
- Project Leadership & Transformation Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of transformative HR initiatives.
- Process Reengineering & Operational Efficiency: Identify and address process gaps, inefficiencies, and pain points to design and implement improvements that enhance consistency, scalability, and service quality.
- Policy Feedback & Risk Mitigation: Conduct thorough assessments of existing policies and procedures to propose refinements that align with both institutional requirements and organizational needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement: Develop and execute communication strategies to support project rollout and adoption, fostering collaboration between key stakeholders across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in HR transformation, operations, or strategic project management, with at least 10 years of experience in large or complex organizations. Key skills and qualifications include:
