- Support PMO Lead and Platform COO: The candidate will support the PMO Lead and Platform COO in preparation of regular and ad-hoc briefings, decks, and white papers for the CAO, CDO, Group CIO, GMC, and Group CEO, as well as other Data governance forums and other senior stakeholders as needed.
- Identify Opportunities for Process Improvements: The candidate will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Self-Starter: The candidate should be a self-starter with 7-10 years' business experience in the financial services industry, preferably in banking.
- Management Consulting Experience: Experience in a management consulting firm will be an advantage.
- Strong Project Management Skills: The candidate should have a strong track record of project management skills with several years running projects and initiatives in large corporations or financial services firms and a fast-paced environment with a lean team.
- Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree: The candidate should have a graduate/post-graduate degree preferably in a science or finance-related discipline.
- Attention to Detail: The candidate should be able to attend to details while keeping the big picture goals in mind, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The candidate should have excellent written communication and presentation skills, proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel with an ability to support in producing top-management ready decks under tight deadlines.
- Integrity: The candidate should be a trusted agent who acts with integrity.
- Systematic and Persistent: The candidate should be systematic, tenacious, and persistent in following up with multiple parties, including senior stakeholders, to achieve project and program goals.
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy: The candidate should have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
- Analytical and Solution-Oriented: The candidate should be analytical, solution-oriented, with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
- Understanding of Current Trends: An understanding of current trends in Data, Data technology, and AI/ML is a plus.
