Site Supervision Lead (Mechanical)

Job Description:

This is a senior-level position that requires the lead to oversee and manage all Mechanical and Building Construction works on site.

The role involves working closely with the Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager to address inspection issues, contract matters and rectify defects.

Responsibilities also include addressing Contractor's RFI's and technical submittals, assessing method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinating with other discipline engineers and liaising with design teams/QP from HQ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending site/project related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and leading in technical and work progress discussions.

Requirements:
  • Good graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably recognised by the PE Board, Singapore.
  • About 10 years of experience in supervising mechanical works in the construction of infrastructure projects preferably in water/or used water treatment works.
Key Skills:

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects and motivating high-performing teams.
