Job Description\

As a skilled Building Construction Supervisor, you will oversee all works, permanent and temporary, including Civil and architectural works, and utilities diversion. Your primary responsibility will be to provide supervision and inspection to ensure that contractors comply with Authority’s and agencies’ requirements.

You will supervise fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on-site and off-site. Additionally, you will oversee lifting operations to erect precast concrete elements and supervise a team of workers at site for repairs/rectification of precast components.

\

Effective communication is key in this role. You will liaise with main contractors and other subcontractors to ensure timely completion of allocated works. Timely feedback to management on technical and manpower issues is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

\

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and experience:

\
  • Certificate in Safety Supervisor (BCSS) and Work at Height Supervisor
  • Diploma will be an advantage
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Able to work independently to lead a repair team
  • Occupational First Aid is preferred
