**Job Title:** Senior Assistant Director, Research

This is a senior leadership position responsible for the administration and oversight of various departments within an organization.

  • The successful candidate will have management experience and a strong academic background in science or a related field.
  • They will oversee administrative, operations, events-related, technology and innovation support activities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Additionally, they will support the Academic Chair to oversee academic initiatives and research initiatives under various programs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, communication skills, organizational capabilities, time-management skills, analytical skills, and writing skills.

They will also be highly motivated with a strong ability to drive initiatives and lead a team. The candidate must be able to work independently and function well in a team-based setting.

**Requirements:

  • PhD/Masters in Science or other related field with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in research and academic administration
  • At least 6 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong ability to lead a team and work independently
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, presentation, communication, organizational, time-management, analytical, and writing skills
