Project Transformation Lead

Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy to align with organizational objectives. Identify process improvements, leverage technology to enhance processes and reporting capabilities, and manage change associated with transformation efforts.

Collaborate with various departments to align transformation efforts with overall business goals. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and impact of system transformation initiatives.

Participate in the Working Committee across all entities/brands for the new Dealers Management System (DMS). Handle ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by management.
