We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SKILLSFORCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY PTE LTD.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced marketing professional to take on a challenging role in a dynamic environment. As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Create engaging content for email marketing campaigns, including writing, designing, and sending emails to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the videographer and video editor to ensure a steady flow of high-quality content.
  • Design basic marketing materials, such as social media graphics and email banners, as needed.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns, including A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the senior marketing consultant to elevate company brand presence and execute day-to-day marketing activities.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of experience in a marketing role, with hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid ads, SEO, A/B testing, and email marketing.
  • Basic design skills, including proficiency in Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced, small team setting.
  • Able to multitask and manage various projects with a hands-on approach.
