Job Title: Senior Counsellor (East/Youth Setting)

Description:

  • Initiate and/or participate in outreach efforts related to the Division by developing strategies and implementing initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
  • Oversee the delivery of Counselling & Therapy Service as a Programme In-Charge, ensuring high-quality service delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Provide counselling assessment and intervention for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and best available resources.
  • Document all case-related records accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counselling or equivalent qualification with at least 7 years of experience in the social service sector or similar setting.
  • Registered counsellor with a recognized professional body such as SAC or SPS.
  • Prior experience in providing case and clinical supervision to social service practitioners and/or counsellors.
  • Passionate about working with youths.
  • Independent worker able to work well in a team.
