Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading payroll operations, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
About the Role
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations for multiple business entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for a workforce of approximately 3,500 employees.
- Oversee payroll transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage payroll-related escalations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and other external partners.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in payroll management, including experience with payroll software and systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
