About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Postage and Logistics Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient processing of mail at the Bulk Mail Centre.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To assist AOMs on daily operations and ensure that mailers are sent to the respective operation floors timely and in an orderly manner
  • To delegate tasks among teammates to achieve smooth operations and ensure that everyone is always on the job
  • To guide and coach teammates as and when required
  • To feedback/escalate to AOMs for any unresolved issues for follow-up action
  • To balance daily accounts for the Bulk Mail Centre and ensure that all cash transactions received for the day are correct in the presence of a cash custodian
  • To assign docket numbers and data inputting in NMP; and ensure that all dockets and docket numbers are accounted for
  • To ensure that all mails posted in trays, bags, pallets are weighed and despatched accordingly to the designated operation floors for processing
  • To accept, check, and despatch Admail/Home Direct
  • To input cash transactions in NMP and generate tax invoices for customers
  • To ensure that all transactions in NMP are done smoothly and to feedback for any abnormality
  • To collect data for statistical purposes for the Bulk Mail Centre and Mail Processing
Requirements:
  • Able to work Rotating Shifts (Morning & Afternoon Shift)
