Job Description

This position is part of the WMS team for Logistics business within the DSV family.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and implement improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency.
  2. Accountable for process improvement projects, utilizing strong coaching skills to guide various parties in achieving project milestones with proper monitoring and measuring methods.
  3. Drive a continuous improvement culture throughout the company by conducting regular reviews/audits of ongoing improvement projects.
  4. Support Sigma Director in managing the company's Continuous Improvement plans, KPI measurement and monitoring, and other projects and analytical works.
  5. Manage troubleshooting support and take corrective/preventive actions to meet VOC/VOB requirements.
  6. Provide operations staff with training on Sigma tools & Lean concepts.
