Job Title: Business Support Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates and quotations for maintenance parts, negotiating pricing and terms with customers, and tracking and updating sales progress and status reports. You will also be responsible for compiling reports on quotations, sales performance, and work instructions, as well as generating job instructions and required documentation to facilitate sales execution. Additionally, you will assist in the development and upkeep of internal sales management software tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with Microsoft Word and be proficient in using various software tools. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a contract role, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position upon completion of the contract term. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Monday to Friday, with occasional site visits as required.
