Job Overview

The Senior Executive/Manager, Executive Office is responsible for providing executive support to the Department Director.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the Department Director
  • Managing stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinating project implementation, including research and content development
  • Ensuring effective internal/external coordination for special projects and outreach activities
  • Maintaining accurate records of all special projects and outreach activities related documents

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting organisational changes and initiatives
  • Assisting in promoting and aligning with strategic direction
  • Facilitating communication between departments to ensure a cohesive approach to organisational changes and strategic priorities

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • More than 6 years experience including supporting senior leaders

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to communicate with colleagues from diverse professional and social backgrounds
  • Ability to take charge of duties under their responsibility
  • Capacity to multi-task, prioritise and contribute to diverse tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
