About the Role:

Job Title: Service Staff

We are seeking a Service Staff to join our team at our hotel in the Orchard Central Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dining area setup for meal periods;
  • Answer phone calls to take reservations or to-go orders, and greet, seat, and thank guests in a professional manner;
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant;
  • Perform breakfast preparation duties, including preparing cereals, and other related breakfast tasks;
  • Take orders, serve patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables when required;

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School qualification in any field;
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred;
  • Fresh trainees who have completed their internship are welcome to apply;
  • Able to work breakfast and lunch shifts only;
