**Job description;**

**Duties;**

Greet customers upon entrance

Prepare dining tables by arranging condiments, kitchenware and decorations

Help patrons select dishes by answering questions about foods and drinks, describing house specialties and identifying appropriate drink pairings

Take orders to kitchen staff and notify them of any special requests or dietary needs

Deliver food to guests in a timely manner and attend to the needs of guests throughout the dining process

Issue bills and obtain payment

Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining room and other areas in the venue as required

Follow the SOP’s and standards set by the management

**Skills;**

Strong communication skills and ability to communicate recipes, techniques and production methods to stakeholders and staff across all venues.

Strong knowledge of baking, bread making and pizza dough preparation and cooking

Highly organised

Strong leadership skills and able to lead by example

Able to work independently and show initiative

**Experience;**

Experience an advantage but not necessary

**Benefits;**

Salary dependant on experience

5 day work week

No split shifts

Medical and hospital cover

14 days AL

Transport

Salary range: $2200 - $2600
