Key Role: Production Designer

We are seeking a production designer who can bring designs to life across various platforms and contribute to our visual impact.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and adapt digital assets by transforming creative concepts and designs into production-ready materials for social media, videos, and GIFs. Ensure all materials are optimized for their intended platforms and formats.
  • Maintain brand consistency by applying visual guidelines to deliver consistent assets that meet both brand requirements and campaign objectives.
  • Handle technical production by preparing, resizing, and exporting digital assets in the correct formats, performing detailed checks for quality and technical compliance in every deliverable.
  • Organize digital file libraries, manage multiple asset versions, and support efficient creative workflows.
  • Implement strict quality control on all designs for layout, color accuracy, typography, and branding before final delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in an agile environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, inputs, or last-minute requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a production designer, graphic designer, or digital asset specialist.
  • A strong portfolio of digital work, including social media, banners, web/app graphics, ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail, technical file preparation, and time management.
  • Clear communication, teamwork skills, and openness to feedback.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new methods or tools as needed.
  • Bonus: Ability to do simple motion graphics or basic 2D/3D animations.
