Job Opportunity: Air Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage bookings, inquiries, and reservations for our airline operations. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for handling the entire ticketing process, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our team to ensure seamless execution of reservations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings and walk-in inquiries efficiently by utilizing your excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Make accurate bookings, reservations, confirmations, and changes for passengers using your expertise in air travel coordination.
  • Handle inquiries from passengers, agents, corporate clients, and airlines via phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Process reservations, mileage redemptions, ticket issuance, schedule changes, re-bookings, and re-issuance efficiently to meet customer expectations.
  • Keep passenger accounts updated according to profile changes, maintaining accuracy and security.
  • Inform clients about current promotions, provide program materials, and assist with forms to enhance their experience.
  • Address feedback and complaints, coordinating with support to resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Participate in strategic planning, including needs analysis and budget preparation, to drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities during team meetings, leveraging your knowledge of market trends and airline requirements.
  • Manage ticket handling and event logistics, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, airline requirements, and industry changes to remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with a good understanding of airfares and reservations.
  • Ability to work independently, stay patient, and perform under pressure while maintaining high productivity.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Proficient in Air Ticketing and GDS (Amadeus) is advantageous, with knowledge of the Sabre system beneficial.
