Operations Assistant Job Overview

As a key member of our warehouse team, the Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth logistics processes and meeting customer demands. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Inspect products for quality and ensure items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
  • Assist in restocking shelves and replenishing inventory in the warehouse.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
  • Support administrative tasks related to operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge or interest in Beauty products is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Physically fit to handle warehouse duties, including lifting boxes.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
