Warehouse Team Member Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Team Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
  • The role involves ensuring that all goods are picked, checked, and packed according to order and documentation requirements. This includes verifying the accuracy of picked items and packing them securely in cartons before final quality checks.
  • The Warehouse Team Member will also assist in stocktaking and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining proper housekeeping and ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience operating Material Handling Equipment and scanners in accordance with safety and operational guidelines. They will also perform daily checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • The Warehouse Team Member will adhere to ISO, GSDP, SMS, and hygiene compliance requirements. They will support other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of GCE 'N' Level / SPM level with 4 subject passes or equivalent is required.
  • The candidate should possess literacy in basic English language and Mathematics.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. Having SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
  • A valid forklift license and experience in operating material handling equipment are must-haves.
  • The ideal candidate should be physically fit.
