Key Responsibilities
  • Transport delivery orders from our clients' kitchens to the central dispatch area, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Communicate with delivery platform riders on order status and manage the waiting crowd, providing excellent customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on site with a sense of urgency, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Communicate policies and updates to our clients and their kitchen crew, fostering strong relationships and ensuring compliance.
  • Follow SOP and complete daily checklists, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Execute facility improvement projects on site, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.

  • Previous experience in a QSR F&B and retail environment is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
