In addition to our own brands, we also partner with renowned international brands, such as Amer Sports, Inc., which includes iconic brands like Arc'teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Develop regional brand product merchandising mix for Descente, ensuring strategic coordination with local teams in every country.
- Create seasonal product ranges tailored to local needs in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
- Determine quarterly range calendar release dates and merchandising allocation for all channels.
- Collaborate with China Headquarters' product development teams to address SEA market needs and monitor sportswear and shoes localization progress.
- Establish long-term growth visions for different brands and categories, developing seasonal merchandising plans to achieve targets.
- Conduct consumer and market research in the region, analyzing competitors and local brands.
- Manage sales/buy plan forecasting, sales, and margin targets based on regional requirements.
