Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Promoter to join our team at Wecruit Pte Ltd. As a Promoter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales services and advice to customers, driving sales growth and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide sales services and advice to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report on sales activities and customer feedback, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Sales Targets and Team Success: Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive business growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain good relationships with customers, generating new leads and retaining existing accounts.
  • Visual Merchandising: Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths, creating an engaging customer experience.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders, showcasing products and services.
Requirements
  • Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven sales and marketing skills, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Visual Merchandising Expertise: Experience in visual merchandising, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to create engaging displays.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a ability to analyze data and identify trends.
