Middleware Specialist Job Description

The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team focused on Hybrid Platform Engineering. He/She will be responsible for middleware administration and troubleshooting across both on-premises and cloud environments.

  • Provide deep administration and troubleshooting expertise for middleware technologies, particularly MQ and JBOSS.
  • Perform middleware, monitoring, and backup administration and troubleshooting activities in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Main Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in middleware (MQ, JBOSS) and/or enterprise monitoring/backup tools administration.

  • Experience with enterprise monitoring and backup tools, along with other industry-standard solutions.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Ansible) to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and backup tasks.
Company Requirements
  • Familiarity with networking and internet protocols, operating systems, and foundational IT security principles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and related tools is preferred.
