Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing high-quality products.

The role involves working closely with our FOH and barista team to ensure that every cup of coffee meets our high standards. This includes providing excellent coffee experiences to our customers, leading by example, and motivating those around you.

The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with both coworkers and customers, while also demonstrating the ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure.

  • Opportunity for growth and development in the specialty coffee industryThis is a part-time role working at least 15 hours across the week including 1 weekend.
