Associate Executive Job Overview

This role involves creating and updating customer records, generating invoices for non-patient accounts, and performing credit card reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and update customer records
  • Generate invoices for non-patient accounts and record miscellaneous receipts
  • Perform credit card reconciliation and account checks
  • Send statements of account
  • Calculate professional fees for inpatient billing
  • Verify and submit medisave transactions; assist with related queries
  • Respond to clinic, pharmacy, and patient enquiries
  • Assist in system integration tasks, prepare journals and audit schedules
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum diploma or equivalent qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • SAP experience is beneficial
  • Detailed data entry skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Comfortable handling phone calls
