Job Title: Healthcare Professional

Clinic Executive jobs are available in a fast-paced environment, requiring top-notch customer service and sales skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about the healthcare industry, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer treatment plans, maintain accurate patient medical records, and perform cashiering duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, build relationships with patients, and enhance overall wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians to develop treatment plans and dispense medication as prescribed.
  • Perform Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) and educate patients about products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.


Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in sales or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to situations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Candidates with prior healthcare or clinic experience are highly valued.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as CIDESCO/ CIBTAC / WSQ/ ITEC, are a plus.
