Healthcare Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, coordinating specialists' consultation referrals, handling payments and responding to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

You will also be required to manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary. Effective communication with patients is key to providing a high level of customer service.

In this role, you will be stationed at a Health Monitoring Station based on a roster and involved in taking height/weight and blood pressure for patients.

Requirements:
  • Min N/O Level
  • Comfortable using computer for patient registration/scheduling appointment/handling payment/enquiry
Locations:

Our Health Monitoring Stations are located in various locations including Bedok, Bukit Merah, Punggol, Sengkang, Pasir Ris, Tampines North, Eunos, Marine Parade, Outram and more.
