Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource professional to manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual to support our dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Administer payroll functions including monthly salary, claims, overtime, and bonus.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end work pass applications and renewals, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to manage employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary processes.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience; prior exposure in the banking/financial services industry is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.
  • Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across departments.
