Clinician Operations Specialist

The position of Lead Clinician Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of outpatient clinics from a systems perspective.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and handling feedback related to outpatient systems and processes
- Collaborating with the IT department to ensure seamless clinic operations
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders on systems enhancement initiatives
- Developing training materials and conducting sessions on outpatient business systems
Requirements:
- Strong educational background with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare operations
- Advantageous to have prior experience in clinical operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective project management skills with a focus on systems design thinking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight timelines
- Resourceful, meticulous approach
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A degree in a relevant field
