We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse Clinician to lead the development and implementation of clinical practices, guidelines, policies, and procedures within our range of clinical services.
This key role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness, safety, and efficiency of community nursing practices. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunities and growth for clinical programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices, guidelines, policies, and procedures to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in strategic planning and service delivery to ensure seamless integration and effective management of clinical programs and services.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and innovations through market research and network engagement.
- Implement strategies to augment care delivery and improve patient satisfaction.
- Apply evidence-based community gerontological nursing practices to effectively manage clients with complex care needs.
- Manage a team of community nurses, provide clinical supervision, coaching, and mentoring, and evaluate care standards and quality.
- Develop and implement audit protocols and procedures to evaluate compliance, identify gaps in clinical care, and address them.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and advocate for quality of care to community dwelling older adults.
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a Post-graduate/Specialist Diploma in Gerontological Nursing/Gerontology.
- Additional professional qualifications/certifications in public health, public policy, business management, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- A minimum of 12 – 15 years of nursing experience, with 5 – 8 years in clinical supervision, nursing training, and education.
- Hands-on experience with older adults in community-based care settings is essential.
