Programme Control Executive

The Programme Control Division is a key component of the Changi East project, responsible for ensuring that construction packages are delivered on schedule and within budget. We are seeking an experienced Programme Control Executive to join our team and support the successful delivery of this high-profile project.

As a Programme Control Executive, you will be responsible for driving programme packaging, procurement, and contracting strategies, as well as scope and interface management, change management, and cost control for projects related to Changi East. You will collaborate with project managers, contract administrators, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to analyze, visualize, and report schedule and cost indicators.

This is a 3-year contract position that offers a unique opportunity to shape Singapore's aviation future. If you have a strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skill set, and can multi-task and work well in a team, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective programme packaging, procurement, and contracting strategies
- Drive scope and interface management, change management, and cost control for projects related to Changi East
- Collaborate with project managers, contract administrators, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to analyze, visualize, and report schedule and cost indicators

Requirements:
- Degree in Infrastructure and Project Management, Built Environment, Engineering, or related fields
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in project or contract management of large-scale infrastructure projects (fewer years may be considered for the Assistant Manager role)
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience in construction cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling
