Job Title: Partnership Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Growth Strategist to drive profitable growth, manage business relationships with key partners, and ensure alignment with our corporate strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partner strategies and business plans, setting goals for business growth, competencies, and innovation.
  • Orchestrate the execution of partner business plans across the organization, ensuring sales, presales, service delivery, and other departments meet key performance metrics.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings with senior management and partners to review joint performance against key metrics.
  • Execute enablement and certifications for key technology focus areas across the organization.
  • Organize joint go-to-market marketing activities and programs with assigned partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in IT, computer science, or related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of partner management, sales, and business development experience.
  • Proven track record of success in program, initiatives, and orchestration roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and program management skills.
  • Good level of understanding of key IT, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity technologies, and services offerings, as well as business models.
  • Aptitude for negotiation, relationship management, critical thinking, and facilitation.
