Job Title: SAP Insurance Associate Director

KPMG Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP Insurance Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our SAP Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for managing our SAP Practice, comprising sales, delivery management, and people management. You will be expected to lead our practice to achieve business goals and objectives, while working closely with KPMG Leadership to develop our vision and investment plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to position SAP Insurance and Financial Services solutions to large insurance organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners and prospective insurance clients.
  • Contribute to the firm's SAP strategy and assist in achieving overall business goals and objectives.
  • Qualify opportunities and lead them to successful outcomes.
  • Lead proposals with a good understanding of SAP Insurance Solutions, SAP implementation methodology, and SAP Insurance modules.
  • Oversee the delivery of various SAP Insurance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet desired outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and address any concerns or escalations effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the SAP landscape.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of at least 12-15 years in SAP Insurance sales and delivery roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership or managerial positions.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of insurance best practices and capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA Insurance solutions.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.
