Job Title: Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to provide exceptional spa services in a safe and comfortable environment. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of treatments, including body massages, waxing, manicure/pedicure, and other related services.

You will also be required to maintain equipment, sample inventory of products, keep documentation up-to-date, and ensure that client files are accurately recorded.

Maintaining a clean and stocked room is crucial to providing an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to suggest and promote retail products or additional services to enhance the customer experience.

A strong understanding of hygiene standards and ability to follow health and safety regulations is essential for this role.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to cooperate with administration and report on any arising issues.

To succeed in this position, you must be up-to-date with market trends and apply best practices in your work.

The successful candidate must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
