Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and participate in baggage handling operations, including supervising personnel handling incoming, outgoing, and stored baggage
  • Welcome residents and guests, promote inter-hotel sales, and provide directions to hotel surrounding areas
  • Ensure that service standards and individual performance are aligned with Accor Values - Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation, and Respect
Working Collaboratively:
  • Collaborate with hotel colleagues to create efficient yet personalized service encounters for residents
  • Work closely with the Doorman and Reception teams to ensure seamless resident arrival and departure experiences

Candidate Profile: Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
