Role Overview

The Sales Support Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and communicative individual to join AVEVA's dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the Contract/Legal team to ensure customer KYCU, KYC, EUU, and Credit Check processes are completed efficiently.
  2. Update SFc Opp# as 'close won' after verifying necessary documents.
  3. Follow up on document signings, including GCF, ORF, EUU, KYCU, and others, to trigger SO booking.
  4. Review and acknowledge POs with a signature.
  5. Upload POs in Sfc and follow up with customers.
  6. Train new joiners on the Sales booking process.
  7. Work with the technical team to prepare training orders.
  8. Prepare training completion forms, attendance sheets, and certificates.
  9. Submit documentation to OM for invoicing.
  10. Assist the sales team with vendor registration in customer portals.
  11. Assist in registering for tenders.
  12. Schedule recurring business meetings, such as Sales All Hands and SEA All Hands, and book meeting rooms.
  13. Drive planning and preparation of presentation decks for Sales Meetings.
  14. Take notes on action points for LT/SKO and follow up with the sales team.
  15. Plan, prepare, and execute SKO twice a year.
  16. Maintain the group DL email list/Team Channel Chat.
  17. Maintain SEA Sales Org Chart and SEA Account Master List.
  18. Assist and follow up with the sales team on potential leads when provided by SE.
  19. Liaise with SE Innovation Hub to schedule AVEVA customer visits.
  20. Track and ensure timely completion of sales enablement by the sales team.

Requirements

  1. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Flexibility to adapt to the demands of a dynamic environment.
  4. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  5. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak workloads (e.g., quarter end).
  6. Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with various stakeholders.
  7. Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications (MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  8. Ability to develop a basic understanding of business and strategy to support business meetings.
  9. Minimum of 3 years related working experience with relevant skills.
