Sales Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Staffking Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve airfreight revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the airfreight market.
  • New Business Development: Identify and nurture new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and carriers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Solution Provision: Provide customized airfreight solutions to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong network and knowledge of the airfreight market.
  • Sales Performance: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
